May 12, 2025On the Spot Heating and Cooling Today 4-24-2025 we had a tech named Preston J. come to do a AC cooling checkup. He was very very knowledgeable ,respectful and answered all our questions on the digital thermostat, and set it up for us.Just watching him work on the outside AC unit was Good. This young guy is precise in the job,did a Great cleaning and check out of the AC unit.He related all he did and answered a couple questions I had. If he worked for my Co, I would be Very Happy to have a guy so Knowledgeable, with great work ethics, and very Customer oriented. The next check up -Furnace this Fall -when I call On the Spot Heating @ cooling, I will ask for Preston,to do the Work. Thank You Preston, Great Job. February 9, 2026First time customer. I called after seeing they were open on a Sunday. Josh got my furnace back up and running after another company's incorrect diagnosis of a bad blower motor. He showed up a bit earlier than he said he would, balanced the gas level and airflow, and showed me what the issue really was. He was super nice and knowledgable and happily answered any questions I had. Would gladly recommend On The Spot to a friend!
