May 22, 2026My sister-in-law used On The Spot for some repairs to her new home's furnace and was happy with the service provided, so she recommended Jason and On The Spot to us when we needed some work done on our whole-house humidifier system. That was a couple years ago and we've been using On The Spot ever since then. They come out twice a year to do maintenance checks on the furnace and AC as part of their "subscription" maintenance plan. It's a great value and the technicians have found and fixed a couple small problems before they could become big ($$$) problems. The technicians have also been polite, professional, and very communicative with us about issues when they're here. The dispatcher (Laura) was also very friendly and professional during phone calls and text messages to confirm the appointment, and today's technician (Preston) arrived on-time and ready to get the job done! We're STILL very happy with the company, the service, and the people involved!

Furnace blowing cold air. I called and tech was there in under 2, keeping me posted when he would arrive. The house was 48 degrees. He took apart the unit, isolated the problem(s) and discussed what and why problem happened. Part needed is a warranty item and they are following up on it Monday and possibly sizable refund. I’m sold as these guys, items repaired and an education. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Only folks I will call !
