First time customer. I called after seeing they were open on a Sunday. Josh got my furnace back up and running after another company's incorrect diagnosis of a bad blower motor. He showed up a bit earlier than he said he would, balanced the gas level and airflow, and showed me what the issue really was. He was super nice and knowledgable and happily answered any questions I had. Would gladly recommend On The Spot to a friend!
