"Our A/C decided to stop working during the hottest week of the year this spring. When I called On The Spot, the office manager that answered was responsive, sympathetic, and efficient in scheduling the appointment for the same day. We were not all that surprised to learn that we needed a new unit as the old one was over 25 years old. The owner came out and discussed our options that same day as well, even though it was near the end of the day. The pricing was comparable to others. We were able to get a new unit installed within 36 hours of the original appointment and everything is running great! They showed up exactly on time when they said they would. Also made a follow-up call to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this responsive, professional, and efficient small, local business."
