May 17, 2026First time customer. I called after seeing they were open on a Sunday. Josh got my furnace back up and running after another company's incorrect diagnosis of a bad blower motor. He showed up a bit earlier than he said he would, balanced the gas level and airflow, and showed me what the issue really was. He was super nice and knowledgable and happily answered any questions I had. Would gladly recommend On The Spot to a friend!

We are so happy to have found On the Spot HVAC for our home and rental property. Our technician, Jason, was knowledgeable, personable and professional. The office personal were responsive in scheduling service and were courteous in keeping us posted about when to expect Jason to arrive.

Todd Gordon showed up within a half hour of my call of no heat on one of the coldest mornings of the year. He was wonderful and I will never use another company for heating or plumbing ever again. I bought a service contract with them I liked him so much!!
