    First time customer. I called after seeing they were open on a Sunday. Josh got my furnace back up and running after another company's incorrect diagnosis of a bad blower motor. He showed up a bit earlier than he said he would, balanced the gas level and airflow, and showed me what the issue really was. He was super nice and knowledgable and happily answered any questions I had. Would gladly recommend On The Spot to a friend!

  • My sister-in-law used On The Spot for some repairs to her new home's furnace and was happy with the service provided, so she recommended Jason and On The Spot to us when we needed some work done on our whole-house humidifier system. That was a couple years ago and we've been using On The Spot ever since then. They come out twice a year to do maintenance checks on the furnace and AC as part of their "subscription" maintenance plan. It's a great value and the technicians have found and fixed a couple small problems before they could become big ($$$) problems. The technicians have also been polite, professional, and very communicative with us about issues when they're here. The dispatcher (Laura) was also very friendly and professional during phone calls and text messages to confirm the appointment, and today's technician (Preston) arrived on-time and ready to get the job done! We're STILL very happy with the company, the service, and the people involved!
