Preston came over to service our air conditioner. He was on time and very professional. He was thorough with the inspection and gave me some pointers on my thermostat and April Air humidifier. I hope to see him in the fall for our furnace.

March 18, 2025Furnace blowing cold air. I called and tech was there in under 2, keeping me posted when he would arrive. The house was 48 degrees. He took apart the unit, isolated the problem(s) and discussed what and why problem happened. Part needed is a warranty item and they are following up on it Monday and possibly sizable refund. I’m sold as these guys, items repaired and an education. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Only folks I will call !
